#3 What a nail-biter!

Hey Everybody!

Thanks a lot for the e-mail that you sent Friday.  I did actually take a look at it on Friday and appreciate all of your support.  I’m sorry that I didn’t throw four touchdown passes on Saturday like you asked for…maybe another week.

Whew! What a game! Did any of you that watched it on TV want to jump out of your seat?

Jay Valai blocks the would-be game tieing kick

It was back and forth the whole game and was really exciting whether you were a player or a fan.  It is a lot more fun playing or watching a close game rather than a blow-out where the score isn’t even close.  We won the game by one point because Badger player Jay Valai blocked a kick that would have tied the game.

This week we play the Austin Peay University Governors.

Austin Peay Governors

Does anyone know where Ausitn Peay University is located or what a Governor is?  That is the homework assignment that I am giving to all of you.  The great part is that if you don’t do it, you won’t lose any points… I won’t even know if you did it or didn’t 🙂 .

I have some exciting news for you guys.  I am going to start blogging to you guys rather than email.  This way I can send you guys more photos, some of my school and football schedules, and even videos.  Also, we can set up some live chats where you guys can ask me questions and I can answer them on the spot.  I am working with my professor (that’s what we call college teachers) so that we can make all of this possbile.  I think it will make everything more exciting for you guys rather than just reading words in an email.  Sound good?

Okay, I have to go now.  I have to head over to the bank before I start class at noon.  My apartment rent is due tomorrow and I do not want to get a $30 late fee because I didn’t turn it in on time.  I would rather buy six $5 footlongs at Subway than have to pay that darn late fee.

Keep working hard, stay focused, and listen to Mrs. Grisaffe and Mrs. Mueller!

Go Bucky,

P.S. I loved the picture and especially the #16 jersey.  Who is that? If I were your teacher I would give you an A+!

  • Dear Scott,
We know you were disappointed in your game last week even though you won the game. We want you to know that we are thinking of you. We know that you are a good quarterback and that you will do your best in the game against the Sun Devils. Stay focused and play hard. We believe in you!!!! We are rooting for you to score 4 passing touchdowns, plus a few others. Are you up for our challenge?

P.S. If you have a second, could you verify what channel to watch? Mrs. Grisaffe and Mrs. Mueller said ESPN, but Mrs. Doktor checked the internet and it said ABC….

    P.P.S.S. Check out our picture!
